Terms & Conditions
- 30 days from the date of the invoice. However, please note that if the booking is made within 30 days of the course, payment is required by return so that it is received before the workshop takes place.
- Please note that refunds cannot be made for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event. All fees are forfeited thereafter.
- You may change the delegate name at any time.
- If you wish to transfer to an alternative date and venue there is a: £25 administration fee if the change is made more than 2 weeks before the event or a £70 administration fee if the change is made less than 2 weeks before the event.
- All changes, including cancellations, will only take affect once confirmation is received in writing.
