Every member receives a resource pack which includes a list of questions you can ask to gather the information you need for a retention plan, a membership exit questionnaire you can use when members do not renew their membership and a list of useful industry references and resources.

  • Cost: £295 plus VAT per delegate
  • On receipt of your booking an invoice with confirmation of your booking and joining instructions are emailed to you.
  • All fees must be paid for in advance
  • Cancellations must be received 30 days in advance of the seminar date. All fees forfeited thereafter, however substitutions can be made
  • It is possible to change date after you have booked, but there is £25 administration fee if the change is made more than 2 weeks before the event and £70 administration fee if made less than two weeks before the event.
  • Normally each seminar is limited to 15 places to give delegates the opportunity to explore individual issues.
