Strategic Sponsorship Development

Presented by Catherine Hawkins

This one-day workshop will enable you to drive even greater value from sponsorship.

It will cover the new sponsorship strategies and opportunities opening up, and how to approach some of the more advanced aspects of sponsorship.

The day will be of value to associations who are already attracting sponsors and to new sponsorship seekers who want to understand more advanced aspects from the start.

Please note: It is useful to have completed the ‘Sponsorship Fundamentals’ seminar before attending. (It’s desirable – but not essential.)

You will learn how to:

How to ensure your sponsorship offer is current, relevant and ‘on-trend’

The new data and member-knowledge sponsorship opportunities

How, when and which digital assets to develop to add to your sponsorship portfolio

How to ensure your intangible sponsorship benefits are accurately valued and the benefits of auditing sponsorship

Strategies for building relationships and keeping partners by ensuring a smooth renewal process

How to encourage sponsors to activate their sponsorship opportunity and how to use this to maximum effect

How to demonstrate and measure ROI (Return on Investment) to the sponsors – the tools and techniques that association’s can use to demonstrate how and where value is delivered

How to drive more value (commercial and member benefit) from your sponsors and re-ignite interest in your proposition.

This is an interactive workshop that combines practical tips with strategic ideas.

You will leave empowered with new market insights and ideas on how to approach existing and new sponsors with renewed confidence.
