About Mark
Book Seminar
“A good day! It was useful to see both sides of the coin – the staff and the volunteer perspective. The day has re-affirmed my thinking of how important it is to get the right person in the volunteer role. I will now be looking at the leadership programme for elected volunteers.”
Tracey Maddison
General Manager, The British and International Golf Greenkeepers Association (BIGGA)
“A great day and well presented. It was really valuable to learn how to get the best out of the board.”
John Blackwood
Chief Executive, Scottish Association of Landlords
“All of the programme was valuable. It is important to take the time to consider these issues. Days like this are really necessary. I will now be doing further work on our Governance Handbook and board member orientation and training.”
Jim Croxton
Chief Executive Officer, The British and International Golf Greenkeepers Association (BIGGA)
“Covering how to manage difficult board behaviour at board meetings and how to recruit well was really valuable.”
Gill Smith
UK Chair, Association for Coaching UK
“I needed to review our approach to board meetings and agendas and as a result of attending I will be changing my approach to both.”
Philip King
Chief Executive, Chartered Institute of Credit Management
